We met with Anthony in early September at our home. We discussed what we envisioned to replace our old outdated front entry door. Anthony took measurements and suggested we visit the showroom where... we could get a better idea of the doors they offered. We went and selected a door and received our quote a day or so later. We agreed to go ahead and a couple of days later Anthony came to our home with the contract. While there he re-measured for make certain every measurement was correct. Our door which had a custom feature came in late November. The installer (Brian) showed up right on time and the door arrived right afterward. They removed the old door and loaded it onto their truck for disposal. The complete installation went smoothly and by late afternoon we had a beautiful new door. Anthony came by in the afternoon to check on the progress. Needless to say we are very happy with RWC and have already recommended them to two different friends who need doors. The door came earlier... than expected, and the installer was very punctual. Installer was very nice, and communicated the process very well. He was very thorough in installing the door as well as explaining how to use our new digital lock. I used RWC to do 2 exterior door installations. I originally called Lowe's to do this, but their customer service was horrible, leading me to go elsewhere. The day I called RWC, Eric Garcia... personally answered, asked me to send photos, and I received a quote that day! It was FANTASTIC customer service. The process was all just very easy, and Eric made sure everything was communicated clearly and all my questions were answered. The doors were installed yesterday by Brian, and I couldn't be happier. He went far above and beyond to make sure my doors looked great. He took the job personally, and that meant a lot to me. My wife and I bought my grandparents' house in 2017. I love my grandparents, but man, this house needed (and still needs) a lot of work! The first thing two things we wanted to tackle were the... windows and the main bathroom (both hadn't been touched since the 1950s!). After vetting many companies/contractors, we chose RWC and couldn't be happier with our decision!Eric met with us and worked within our budget on both the windows and the bathroom. The windows were installed in no time and we love how they kept the overall look of the house. We're looking forward to the winter and NOT having an arctic blast flow through our kitchen!As great of a job as they did on our house's windows, the bathroom they renovated for us is absolutely STUNNING! Ashley was the point person on this project at RWC and she was very easy to work with and responsive. Pete was our foreman and he could not have been any nicer and down to earth.
