“As Simple as 1… 2… 3!”
1. Initial Design Consultation
Our Design and Project Management staff will schedule an appointment to meet at your home. During their visit they will put together your project “wish list” and describe the construction process needed to achieve your desired kitchen or bathroom. They will take measurements and pictures, and look at any structural, plumbing or electrical issues that may impact the selected design. During this visit we will also discuss a basic budget for your renovation.
2. Design Presentation & Draft Proposal
Once our initial consultation is complete, a second meeting will take place at our Design Center to select products for your renovation. These will include such items as:
Tile Whirlpools Vanity Styles
Fixtures Faucets Vanity Tops
Commodes Sinks Colors
Tubs Glass Shower Doors Finishes
Throughout the entire selection process, our Designer will guide you along the way and advise you as to how your product selections compare with your previously stated budget.
3. Project Proposal and Contract
Once all selections have been made our Designer will create your written proposal and 3-Dimensional color drawing of your kitchen or bathroom. At this time, additional ideas and designs can be explored in order to create a detailed Scope of Work and Contract. Once the contract is signed and all materials are ordered we will introduce you to our Lead Carpenter and discuss construction and installation timeline.
Now the “FUN” begins!
Your Designer and Lead Carpenter will be the main contacts throughout the entire construction process. If at any time, you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. Communication is the “KEY” to an extraordinary experience!
I will be replacing the plumbing with the oil rubbed bronze per your suggestion - you're right again !
I spoke with the plumbing store so they will source both the hot water dispenser and the Fairfax faucet in that finish. I will reach out to him on Friday and hopefully will be able to make the change then as long as he has gotten it in.
Thanks again for all your suggestions. Not sure what I'd do without you... !
Call me if you need me.
Thanks again and again,
D. Daigneault, North Caldwell NJ
