Want to add value to your home? A bathroom remodel traditionally yields a good return on investments for home owners.
According to HGTV, a bathroom remodel can bring a triple-digit return when the home is sold. What you can't put a price on is the enjoyment you'll receive by creating a luxurious master bathroom where you can relax and unwind after a long day at the office.
Create Your Own Private Retreat
Take for instance the master bath renovation we did in Fairlawn, New Jersey. The room was cramped, lacked modern finishes and the older stand-up corner shower left a lot to be desired.
To get started, we gutted the room. By taking everything out, we had a blank canvas to work with. We wanted to make the room feel larger, so the homeowner decided to remove the tub and install a gorgeous walk-in shower with recessed lighting, dual shower heads and pebbled tile.
We moved the toilet across the room next to the window to open up the space next to the shower, and we added two beautiful new vanities to give ample counter space. Modern fixtures and gleaming tile floors and back splashes make this a truly inviting retreat for the home's owners. Plus, when it's time to sell the home, potential buyers will jump at the chance to own such a nice bathroom.
The RWC Process
The cost to complete a bathroom renovation shouldn't deter you from moving forward with a project at your own home. RWC works with homeowners to budget effectively while offering superior craftsmanship and service. Here's how our process works.
First, we'll meet with you at your home to discuss your "wish list," take measurements and look at structural, plumbing or electrical issues that could impact the project. We'll be able to give you a rough budget at that point.
Next, you'll come to our design center to select specific fixtures, colors and finishes. Our showroom has lots of options to consider including vanity tops, facuets, tile, shower doors, whirlpools and much more. Our designer will be there to work alongside you as you make your choices.
Last, we'll give you a project proposal and a 3-D colored drawing of the project. You'll be able to make changes or alterations to the project. A detailed scope of work and contract will be drawn up for you to sign before we get down to business creating your beautiful new bathroom.
