Words could never express how happy RWC made me last night when I used my Finished Basement constructed by RWC. We are living in our house for 38 years and finally this spring my wish came true.  They were on time, very courteous, neat, and great installers.  Upon
returning home from work my wife and I were very pleased with the workmanship
and final product provided.  Bob and Danny treated our job like they were

I would like to share my experience with RWC Windows, Doors & More for installation of a rear external door, retractable screen and basement window. I walked into the store to take a look at what RWC had to offer and was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the shop. Eric gave me a tour of the warehouse and even took a trip out to my house the same day for an estimate on his way to a job site. Eric was patient with all my questions and at no time did he try to pressure me into a purchase. His team did an excellent job with the installation from start to finish. I was told after that there were some unforeseen complications with the door installation due to the surrounding concrete foundation wich was taken care of at no additional cost. I now have a solid door and window that lets the sunlight in and keeps the cold air out. Bottom line is, if you want a professional installation without the pushy sales tactics, go with RWC.

Both of you gentlemen were extremely helpful and patient in guiding us during the selection process guiding us to exactly what we wanted and needed. In addition, the ordering of the door, hardware and measuring was done and completed in a timely fashion. Despite installation being delayed by Hurricane Sandy, our door was installed before Thanksgiving.

We were also very satisfied with the installation that was done in one day by Paul. He was very skillful, pleasant and meticulous. He took painstaking measures to insure that the door and the surrounding molding was installed correctly. The job was completed in less than a day. YES, we are very happy with the work that was done! Our new bathroom is beautiful and looks even better than I thought it would turnout! From start to finish, RWC was professional, courteous and most importantly "finished the job on time".

Could I have had another contractor come in and charge less? Yes. However, on the other hand, I could have been charged more. What I do know is I am comfortable with the estimate I received and the price I paid. At the moment, I have both a work college and a neighbor having their bathrooms redone. My co-worker has been without a bathroom for 5 months, and my neighbor, whose renovations started the same week as ours, is still without a working bathroom. (Yes, my neighbor did receive an estimate a bit lower than I was quoted, but the aggravation and inconvienece is not worth the price!) In less than three weeks, I had a fully functional bathroom, and to me that was worth the little extra I might have had to pay.

We had the master bathroom in our townhouse completely redone by RWC. Every job involving construction and renovation has unforeseen issues, but the response from Tom and the RWC team was always "I'll take care of it". RWC served as a single source for the entire project, alleviating the worry and concern of selecting and coordintating multiple vendors. During construction Tom and Joe visited the site many times and were in close contact with us at every phase. We would definitely recommend RWC, and we are already using them for additional projects.

Today I made an after school snack, prepared dinner, helped my son do his homework, paid bills and unloaded the dishwasher all at the same time! From the moment my husband and I met John D'Eletto, we knew that he would do everything in his power to create the perfect kitchen for us. He did and we love it.

The existing kitchen was totally gutted and we started from scratch. John coordinated everything, with a minimum of stress on our part. The demolition crew, the plumbers, electricians, sheet rock installers, carpenters and tile men all were quick, courteous and clean.

I had heard horror stories about remodels, my friends all told me to "be prepared for a long haul", but this was practically painless! From the start of the demolition to the final punch list review it was only 5 weeks, ahead of the schedule John promised at the pre-construction meeting.

John was very east to work with, we were always on the same page. He was responsive and very professional. We will recommend John to anyone considering having work done on their home.

I will be replacing the plumbing with the oil rubbed bronze per your suggestion - you're right again !

I spoke with the plumbing store so they will source both the hot water dispenser and the Fairfax faucet in that finish. I will reach out to him on Friday and hopefully will be able to make the change then as long as he has gotten it in.
